The building’s positioning provides residents with exceptional views of the ocean. It also frames the aquatic area to provide privacy to its users. Rather than creating one immense and impersonal central pool, two smaller ones were provided for the owners and their guests. A stream was landscaped and integrated throughout, linking the two water basins and creating a delicate soundscape.
