Longshan

Close to Nanjing, Longshan is a community surrounded by nature and has the splendour of a jade necklace. Woven with delicate residential quarters, a lush garden and colourful spaces, this project will span over 300 hectares (3km2).

Longshan is an important recreational, residential and tourist hotel development located within a vast theme park. This park features the rich cultural heritage of the Ming Dynasty, of which Nanjing was the capital, as well as the fantastic stories of the multiple sea expeditions led by the explorer Zheng He. It is also a modern project, made to address contemporary environmental issues. For example, all the energy necessary for the project will come from natural, renewable and clean sources. Also, rainwater will be redirected and reused through a series of lakes located in the center of the development, which will be surrounded by parks and gardens.
