Les Mayens De Bruson

Nestled in the Bagnes valley, the Mayens de Bruson offers an exceptional living environment integrated into a breathtaking landscape.

The typology we chose for this project is inspired directly by the surrounding Swiss alpine villages. The development is divided into four picturesque hamlets, each with a distinct character and function. The village square, at the heart of the project, is a hive of activity. The adjoining hamlets, composed exclusively of condominium-type units, contribute to the creation of quiet and comfortable spaces.

Respecting the Mayens’ tradition, a public square is located at the center of every hamlet. From these community gathering points, where there is a higher residential density, a system of walkways leads to a gradual discovery of the site. Each hamlet has its own amenity area (spas, terrace and service pavilion) tucked away to provide a relaxing environment where visitors can contemplate the exceptional views.
