Ondazul is located in the county of Passo de Camaragibe, north of Maceio. This seaside resort is developed on a site of 200 hectares; of which 42 ha are in a protected first-growth forest called “Mata Atlantica”.
The property has a 3 kilometre beachfront with soft sands and clear, calm waters. The waves are small due to the crescent shape of the beach and the protection provided by a coral reef. The shape of this particular coastline allows for greatly appreciated privacy and natural beauty, making this site one of Brazil’s last destinations in an untouched environment.
This resort complex, inspired by the “pousadas”, will have numerous hotel buildings, a lively village centre with commercial activity, as well as a marina. The marina will be accessible from the Camaragibe River and will be connected to a series of navigable waterways within the residential development. The majority of the project’s villas will face these water channels, which will add a unique character to this development.
