Altitude

The entrance sign for this project is integrated into a stone wall made of granite blocks quarried on the site, which, from the outset, creates a sense of belonging to the environment. Perched on a stony outcrop, Altitude offers an incomparable panoramic view of Lake Tremblant, Lake Miroir, the Village and the south mountain base. This development, composed of 31 luxurious condo-hotel units, is divided into four continuous buildings, positioned to give each unit a view of the sunset from the balcony.

The project includes two spa areas integrated into the rock face. A grand staircase adjacent to an imposing fountain marks the entrance to these hidden amenities. Wooden decks and look-outs, outdoor fireplaces, and pergolas complete the landscape design. Along the mountainside a pathway was created for the residents’ use. This path is linked to the Mont-Tremblant Station pedestrian network and facilitates access to village amenities.
