Les Plateaux sur la Montagne on Mont-Tremblant is a series of introverted landscapes where 98 residential units take advantage of a forest clearing brimming with possibilities.
On a site where there are no exceptional views, the buildings are turned to look within the site where a pond and cascading brook have been designed. All the vehicular accesses and parking spaces where pushed along the border of the site in order to preserve the whimsical Laurentian landscape at the heart of the project. This project also offers direct access to the ski slopes and to the Mont-Tremblant’s park network of pedestrian walkways.
This lush landscape design is well integrated within the rocky terrain. A large natural pond featuring an impressive waterfall built along the natural rock face constitutes the main attraction of this haven. A pool flanked by a large deck is juxtaposed to the pond and reflects the natural quiet and beauty of the surrounding environment.
