Lac Desmarais

The Lac Desmarais development project is located on a property covered with mature forest along the majestic Lake Desmarais. The site offers a variety of natural environments characterized by meandering babbling brooks and rocky escarpment. The project offers large sized lots with great character and a diversity of development potential. The goal of the project was to create a real estate development renown for its quality and consistent conceptual concept. The main access roads onto the site are laid out to feature the natural potential of the site including views, waterways, rock escarpments, exceptional vegetation, as well as to optimaly service every individual lot.

In order to ensure the success of the project, the development is constrained by a set of strict design guidelines, which must be followed by every new owner. Projet Paysage is also responsible for the conception of the marketing material necessary to promote this project.
